Attendance record is managed manually and automatically through Biometrics based attendance (Thumbs impression, Eye examination) Swap card attendance system

This will record all the activities of employee in the context of timings. When employee started work, when employee took a break, went out of office with reason, came back, left office on time, will keep track of overtime on designation, employee and department basis.

                        ·         Pay Structure and Departmental Payroll 
                                System will automatically calculate the monthly payroll with a single click
                                of button. Payments can be made on the basis of Payment slips, Payroll
                                Sheets and by cheque. System will be able to generate all these reports
                                by some clicks of mouse.

·         Yearly Bonuses / Occasional Bonuses 
Yearly bonuses will be very much easier to handle in the system. These bonuses can be given on individual basis, department wise, designation wise or can be given to all employees. Occasional bonuses can be like eid bonus or any other bonus can be easily handled in this module.

                        ·         Resignation and Termination with full and final settlement / Re-instate                                    Employee’s resignation termination and re-instate will be managed
                                accordingly. If an employee resigns from the organisation his / her full and
                                final settlement will be generated through the system. System will keep
                                record of all left employees either they are resigned employees or
                                terminated, it will give the reports for those employees. If company needs
                                to re-instate a particular employee then an application will be filed for
                                re-instatement of the particular employee with the reference of resignation
